Dave Muldawerwas raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico before moving to Santa Cruz in 1989 to attend UCSC.  Growing up, his passions were music and tennis.  He was an All-State alto saxophonist in both jazz and classical music and well as one of the top ranked tennis players in the Southwest section.  While at UC Santa Cruz, Dave channeled his focus into the Banana Slug tennis team (and some schoolwork).  First as a player and then as a coach, Dave helped lead the team to the Final Four of the NCAA Championships for seven years in a row---and 2 National Championships.  This commitment left little time for music, yet Dave forged his persona of “Rock-Idol Dave”, a nickname bestowed upon him as he dominated the local Karaoke scene.  He continued his sax and singing with the band Roll,Rip & Cut until their demise in 2005.  It was then that Dave dedicated himself to playing guitar with the same Championship mentality he learned as an elite athlete.  Dave and Greg became friends in 2006 and by 2007 had started recording songs together, officially forming The D'oh Bros in the spring of 2009.

Favorite quote:

“You don’t rise to the level of competition, you fall to the level of preparation.”  OR

“Boy, when Marge first told me she was going to the police academy, I thought it'd be fun and exciting, you know, like that movie, "Spaceballs".  But instead it's been painful and disturbing like that movie "Police Academy".”

Greg Brown: Bass, Ukulele, Keyboards, Backup Vocals, Mouth Harp

D'oh Bro Greg, a guitar player at heart, has played the keyboards in various bands for the last 25+ years.  So it's perfectly obvious that he should play the Bass and the Ukulele for the D'oh Bros.  My first band, the Purple Turtles, was raised on the Simpsons.  Every Sunday night we'd play a backyard party, barbeque and catch the Sunday night Simpsons before retiring home for the coming week.

I currently teach Music in the Elementary and Middle Schools and have a few private music students.  My family is musical and we live with music 24/7.  I play in this band because I love the music and Dave's songwriting.  It's a pleasure to perform songs that Dave wrote because I know the songs are original and as good as any on the radio

Keith Wood : Lead Guitar

Currently the lead guitar player for local bands The Clamtones and Freedom BLVD.  Joined the D'ohbros in 2010.  Keith has worked tirelessly to perfect the solos to many of our classic cover songs.  He helped steer The D'oh Bros from a rocking acoustic duo into a full-fledged rock and roll band.

Alan Fox : Drums

Alan joined the D'oh Bros as a last minute replacement for a gig in 2013.  He not only fit right in, he has brought a whole new dynamic and has made the band even better!
